Víctor Robless, a Zapotec musician and composer, skillfully harnesses the inherent musicality of language to craft his songs. With his guitar in hand, he has graced numerous stages across the Tehuantepec Isthmus region, Oaxaca, and Mexico, sharing a repertoire that includes traditional Zapotec songs, musical adaptations of poems, and his own original compositions. Drawing inspiration from the abundant musical heritage of his cultural tradition, Víctor embarks on a creative journey, blending local and universal rhythms in his musical works. As a troubadour, he recognizes the importance of preserving the musical legacy of Zapotec composers from different generations.
